A town centre retail warehouse scheme, “The Quarter”, has been acquired from St Modwen for an undisclosed amount.

The central Walsall scheme comprises 71,400 sqft of retail warehousing.

Tenants include B & M Stores, The Entertainer, Poundland, Fireaway Pizza, Savers, Oodles and others.
